Ad Servitium Tuum was founded on a simple idea: that the people building something — a new business, a growing family, a piece of their heritage — deserve partners who make the hard parts easier, not harder. We started by helping entrepreneurs get their businesses properly formed and compliant, handling statutory concierge compliance filings nationwide, with the exception of Maine and Illinois. That same commitment to doing things right led us into commercial real estate, where we acquire and lease multi-family and commercial properties with a long-term owner’s mindset. And because service to others is at the heart of who we are, we also built an Amazon FBA marketplace bringing authentic African food products directly to the diaspora community.

We’re not a single-service shop — we operate across three distinct lines, but our approach is consistent: we show up prepared, we do the work with care, and we build things meant to last. Founder Terence Ejedawe brings over 15 years of experience as a Document Specialist at LegalZoom, where he reviewed and filed entity formation and compliance documents across dozens of states — work that led to a promotion to Entity Name Check Agent. He is a Certified Notary Public in the State of Texas, holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in International Law from Cal State LA, and previously worked in financial services at HSBC Bank London. That hands-on compliance and legal-documentation background shapes how we operate — careful, detail-driven, and built for the long term.
